Tara Abbey

While remaining sequestered and observing safety measures, the nuns of Thrangu Tara Abbey have performed pujas on behalf of all those that have lost their lives to Covid-19. The nuns have also offered relief aid to families of daily wage labourers in the Sitapaila area. Coordinating with the local government, they fill and deliver bags containing rice, dhal, salt, cooking oil and soap.
